Children's Martial Arts
Ages 4–12
Martial arts can provide numerous benefits for children.
Overview
What this program covers
Our children's program meets kids where they are. Little Dragons (ages 4-6) build coordination and listening skills through games, while our ages 7–12 classes move into traditional taekwondo forms, controlled sparring, and anti-bully self-defense.
Martial arts training requires a high level of discipline and self-control, which helps children develop these qualities in every area of their lives — at home, at school, and with friends.
As children progress through the belt ranks they gain genuine confidence in their abilities, improving their self-esteem and sense of self-worth.
