MOD's South Ogden dojang is at 1873 Skyline Drive, South Ogden, UT 84403 and is described as its newest facility. For a family considering training, the important next step is matching the published program and schedule to each participant—not assuming everyone can join the same session.
Separate family training from Little Dragons
MOD's family martial arts program begins at ages 7+. Little Dragons is the separate ages 4–6 group. If your household includes both, ask the team about workable arrangements rather than booking one class for all ages.
South Ogden lists children's, adult, family, private-lesson, and Kummooyeh programs. The South Ogden page shows the local instructors and class schedule.
Treat sparring as a specific session
The schedule includes Friday 4:30 PM Little Dragons sparring (ages 4–6) and Friday 5:30 PM Mix Class Sparring (ages 7+). A published sparring session is not automatically the recommended first class for a new student. Ask about readiness, supervision, and the equipment required before attending.
General public hours and individual class entries serve different purposes. Confirm the particular session and availability with the team instead of using operating hours as an open-class invitation.
Confirm the trial that fits
South Ogden's trial page currently lists Little Dragons and Beginners calendars. If you want a family, adult, or Kummooyeh first visit, ask which booking arrangement applies; do not assume that a calendar label covers every listed program.
Comfortable activewear and water are the basic trial preparation. Arrive 5–10 minutes early, and let the instructor know about any participation concerns. No uniform purchase is needed for the trial.
Review the program directory and free-trial page, then contact the team if the right session is unclear. A short conversation can prevent a family from arriving for the wrong class.
